Q: What is Lugsto?

Lugsto is India's first online aggregator for luggage storage in India. Founded in 2018 by company name Lugsto Services Private Limited.

Q: What is the concept?

Lugsto is having Luggage storage sites located inside existing businesses, including retail outlets, hotels, cafes, and more. Every piece of luggage is secured with unique security seals provided for free at Lugsto partner location.

Q. How do I make a booking?

Go on the top of the home page and choose the desired location, time and date after that you will get the list of the partner and you can choose any one of them.

Q. What will it cost me?

Cost is location wise fixed. You can see cost of eaach location. It is between Inr 50 to 120.

Q. How do I calculate the price?

Price shown online is for each bag for the first day and subsequent day cost less.

Q. Is this safe?

Yes. Storing luggage is safe at Lugsto Partner location as we take care of selection partner and we do personal visit at the location and on the top each luggage is insured.

Q. What are the acceptable items for storage?

All item are acceptable except that don't come as per law of goverment of India like drugs and arm.

Q. Is there a size or weight limit?

Any luggage size which can be handle by a single person.

Q. What is the maximum duration for storing my items?

No, there is no duration limit. You can keep your luggage as long as want.

Q. Can I send someone else to pick or drop my belongings?

Yes, provided he should carry your and his Id proof and tag provided by the store.

Q. What if I want to change my locations, dates or number of items?

Any changes in booking before 24 hour of starting the booked slot are most welcome without any charges.

Q. Where are my items stored?

Item will be stored at Lugsto partner locations.

Q. Do you have a location near X?

Q. Are large bags more expensive?

We charge per bag

Q. I need to deposit a larger bag (e.g. trolley) and a smaller one (e.g. backpack), do I have to book 2 bags?

We charge for each luugage / bag.

Q. How can I find the directions to the shop where I want to store my bags?

Please go through the google map location sent you on the booking confirmation mail.

Q. Do you offer hourly storage?

No. We charge per day basis.

Q. What do I need to bring with me on the day?

An ID proof (Pan Card/ Passport / Aadhar)

Q. What do I do if the Lugsto location is closed?

Q. What if my plans change?

We don't charge for any changes in dates.
